Been with Powershop for 5 years now. Every year I go to compare, and they are still by FAR the cheapest option for me. You do have to get the Powerpacks every week to get the best price (took me a few months to figure that one out) and an EV powerpack every fortnight, but it's well worth it. The next cheapest provider would be over $500 yearly more expensive for me.

Extra 1% discount every year, easy to track power usage through the app. Always notified of avalible power discounts

No batch plans, secondary property has to be on standard power rates

They used to be good, offering regular power packs which save money. However, the prices have shot up way past what it seems they should have even with rises across the board, you now have to go and hunt for the power packs to save money (which I never get around to doing).... they should have kept to offering these, and now I learn they can't be contacted by phone with massive wait times. My how the mighty have fallen!

Regretted swapping big time. Charged my 2.41 per day line charges, because i am not living there full time. My company now charges 90 c cut my bill in half. Took 3 days to make contact via the chat function. If you are thinking of changing make sure you read the fine print!
