Don't connect your power with this company, been with Nova for years, there pricing started out cheap, now their pricing has sky rocket, I am switching to a cheaper power company.

amazingly terrible. cant issue correct invoices. cant issue statements. slow to respond, if they respond at all. Has now taken over 25 days and counting in order to get a correct invoice. Have had to lay a formal complaint and be passed to the resolutions team just to get a correct invoice! Wild. Even resolutions are slow and difficult requiring many follow ups.
